This is no Onion Garlic recipe and easy to make.Ever want to eat a well balanced and filling meal,but don’t have time or energy to make one? Well then this recipe is just perfect for you.This contains no onion,garlic or tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 10 – Baby potato
- 10 – Cashews
- 10 – Raisins
- 1 tablespoon – Sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon – Kasoori methi
- 1 tablespoon – Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon – Chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon – Garam masala
- ¼ cup – Milk
- 3 tablespoon – Ghee
- 1 tablespoon – Cream
Method
- Saute the potatoes in ghee till golden brown
- Grind cashews,raisins,sesame seeds and kasoori methi with a little bit of water in a blender until you get a puree
- Add this to a pan along with mustard oil,turmeric,chili and salt stir to mix well
- When the mixture stars to split,add garam masala and milk and then add the potatoes
- Stir to mix well and enjoy it hot with rice or roti!!
Instead of potatoes you can also add paneer or any other veggie you like to make your own version
