This summer have a go at this Mango Salsa Salad.It’s refreshing,healthy and easy to make,it will only take 15 minutes of your time.
Ingredients
- Two ripe mangoes – diced
- One red bell pepper – diced
- Half onion – diced
- One cucumber – diced
- One jalapeno – diced
- One fourth cup dhaniya
- Two limes – juiced
- Two tablespoons honey
- Salt to taste
- Roasted peanuts as garnish(optional)
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- And serve with your favorite chips/nachos!!
You can have it as it is or you can pair it with your favorite chips,you can also add other veggies,spices etc to make it to your liking.
