Ingredients
- One to two Large cucumber (cut into thin strips)
- One tablespoon – Sesame seeds (roasted)
- One tablespoon – Peanuts (roasted)
- Ā½ tablespoon – Chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- 4 cloves – Garlic (chopped finely)
- One tablespoon – Lemon juice
Method
- Mix the cucumber, sesame seeds and peanuts
- In a bowl; Mix garlic, lemon juice, chili flakes, salt and pour in some hot oil and mix until aromatic
- Mix in the sauce and top with more peanuts and sesame seeds
- Mix well and enjoy!
NOTE
- You can use other veggies like carrot or lettuceĀ
- You can optionally use a little chili oil for an even more spicy kick!
